Hosted in the book-lined library at Moss Cottage, a 400-year-old cottage with a calm, settled feel, this private afternoon tea is reserved for just one booking each day.

 

Enjoy delicate finger sandwiches, warm scones served with jam and cream, and beautifully homemade cakes, all prepared fresh and served exclusively for you in an unhurried, intimate setting.

 

Choose from our loose-leaf teas, including Yorkshire Gold, Darjeeling, Earl Grey and Assam, alongside a fragrant selection of fruit teas, brewed properly and served at your pace. A chilled glass of English sparkling wine is included to make the occasion feel quietly special.
